Producing and developing our Flatlift brand TV lift products in the heart of Europe is a very important factor of success to us. Being located in Germany we benefit from its advanced technical expertise and can continuously improve the quality and the status of development of our products without lengthy processes and distances. Another advantage of purchasing, production, and sales being concentrated in our own hands: external market influences are minimised so that we can guarantee our customers absolute delivery reliability. Being the company’s founder and a product inventor, I am also a technical expert and a sales professional – with all my heart and soul.

The range of uses for our television lift products is exceptional. From private houses or hotel rooms via conference rooms to yachts, mobile homes, or airplanes. And everywhere our customers’ wishes are translated into technical requirements, which are continued by the individual equipment version of our TV lift product lines – always meeting the same high quality standards, of course. I am committed to continuously optimising the production process so that it meets deadlines and quality requirements. This applies both to new developments and to established products which, being an employee right from day one, I have been supporting since the foundation of the company.

Always keeping track of things

Precision and reliability in all accounts matters also mean quick and straightforward answers to all questions on payments and invoice processing. For these I am the first contact for our customers and suppliers. Beyond that, I am also the contact and co-ordinator regarding all communication matters – all external correspondence passes my desk. Internally, I take care of a smooth flow of information and support general processes and organisation matters.

We take care of prompt delivery and a secure arrangement of worldwide shipping, no matter whether the goods are bound for Chile, China or the USA. As a certified ATLAS exporter we meet the standard of the German main customs office in Karlsruhe and can issue our customs documents ourselves. Thus, we can dispatch standard products to any place in the world within 24 hours – should it be very urgent, we can even do so on Sundays and public holidays.
